I'm a growing artist, haven't drawn since graduation (june 2007). I guess I have too many distractions. Videogames, Tv, computer/internet all what nought. I've decided to start drawing again, I also need a big sketchbook, a nice one with hard covering and nice white pages.

I'm going to be a comic creator, going to write and draw my own comic of my design. Takes place in a fictional modern day kingdom. It looks like any other city but it's not democratic, it's pure monarchy (puns are fun). Anyway, the world is just like ours, most of the history is the same, world war 2 was won by Goliath City (name of the kingdom) after they stepped in to help their embarrassing neighbor, the Americans.

Did I mention that Goliath city is the size of half of America? It encompasses all of the west of Canada and America, it has the strongest military.

My story is an epic tale of an 18 year old male named Calek, he's an orphan, never knowing his parents, he lives at Goliath City Orphange where he goes to the local school and helps around his home as well. The little kids at the orphanage look up to Calek like he is their big brother. He's not a particularly a happy fellow, nor is he sad or depressed, he's mellow and he's longing for something to fill a void in his heart.

That's where Shade steps in, an sentient, destructive power of an inter-dimensional demon. After escaping his master, he traveled through space, and using a poster Calek recieved for his birthday as a portal into his world, he latches onto Calek, and instantly becomes a being with power.
